Submit the following:

Step 1:

o Original copy of Certificate of Employment and Compensation (itemized—include

o If applicable, pay at the Pag-ibig branch (where your company pays your Pag-ibig
contribution) the needed remainder number of contributions to reach minimum of
24 months contribution to avail a housing loan from Pag-ibig and submit a
photocopy of the receipt of payments.
o Original copy of updated ESAV (Employee’s Statement of Accumulated Value) –
this can be acquired from the Pag-ibig branch where your company pays your Pagibig
Contribution.
o Photocopy of your latest ITR w/ W2
o Original copy of MSVS (Membership Status Verification Slip) – acquired after
attending the Pag-ibig housing loan seminar, held everyday at the Pag-ibig office,
main branch located at the ground floor Atrium Bldg., Makati Avenue, Makati City.
Schedule of seminars: everyday 10am, 1pm and 3pm and every Saturday at
10am.
o Original copy of your latest three (3) months Proof of Billing Statement (i.e credit
card, mobile phone, telephone, electricity, water, insurance, etc) – if the billing
statement is not named after the principal buyer, the principal buyer should sign
on the side of the addressee of the statement billing.

Step 4:

processed and approved and you can move-in to your unit, you will schedule a

the date indicated in your letter will be the dates of your PDCs.
